Generally the wedding planning process that involves a full wedding floral service can take as long as 8 to 12 months. This process can often be overwhelming for many engaged couples.

And now with the added uncertainty that comes with COVID, it appears we have to prepare for weddings and events a different way.

As such, I’ve decided to offer an additional wedding floral service for couples who are planning a wedding on a shorter timeline, or who just want to get rid of complicated wedding planning tasks and do the deed.

In fact the idea for this floral service originated from the concept of wedding flower packages. Except that this service offers you the flexibility of selecting the quantity and colour palette for each floral item needed.

Think of this as ordering a la carte at wedding package prices.

So if you’re looking for an easy solution and are happy to leave the design details to the experts, the COVID Wedding Floral Service could be for you!

How the COVID Wedding Floral Service Works

1) Explore the Menu

Identify the items from the menu you would like me to deliver

2) Select your colour palette

Choose from four colour palettes for each floral item

3) Place your order

Provide your wedding day delivery details on the Order Form. I’ll confirm your order via email and send you an invoice for payment. Your date is secured once payment is made

4) The Big Day

Your wedding flowers will be delivered to your designated address in the Sydney metro area on your wedding day

Please note that this service is NOT available for weddings in the week or weekend leading up or on the day of: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas and New Year’s Eve when flowers are in high demand and need to be ordered well ahead of time to guarantee stock.

I do not offer formal consultations with the COVID Wedding Floral Service. This service is designed to be very straight forward for you so that you don’t have to handle the floral details. If you’re looking for more of a collaborative approach, let’s talk about my Full Floral Design Service.

Once you have placed your order online, I’ll email you to confirm your order and send through an invoice with payment details. You can pay by EFT; credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) will incur a surcharge of 2.2%.  The date is not confirmed until payment is received.

I’ve intentionally limited the menu to include the most popular wedding flower items, knowing that these items provide the most impact and best value. Plus this takes away the overwhelm that comes with the conventional approach of wedding flower planning.

If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if you contact us at least 14 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 14 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available.

I’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Customised ceremony features and reception arrangements are part of my Full Floral Design Service.

I don’t offer a pick up option and will deliver your flowers instead. Your finished flowers will be delicate and I want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how, so please let me take care of it for you.

  1. Please email me as soon as possible and advise me on your new wedding date.
  2. While I’ll do my best to accommodate the new date, I cannot guarantee my availability.
  3. If I’m not available on your new date, I will provide a 50% refund if you contact me in writing more than 14 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 14 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available.
  4. If I’m available on your new event date, any payments already made will be transferred to the new date. 

When should I place my order?

While I require a minimum of 14 days notice (including payment), I suggest placing your order at least 2 months before your wedding day as I only accept a limited number of orders per week.

What happens if we need to quarantine in the lead up to my wedding?

I will advise you in writing and provide you with my plan of action.

Where do you deliver?

Due to the competitive flat rate I offer for this Service, I deliver to the Sydney Metropolitan area. Delivery charges are $85 for Mondays to Saturdays and $95 for Sundays.
