When do you deliver?

We currently deliver Mondays to Saturdays except for public holidays. We do however make exceptions for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day!

Delivery times for business addresses: Mondays to Fridays between 10am and 5pm
Delivery times for residentials: Mondays to Fridays between 10am and 6pm; Saturdays between 9am and 2pm

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently accept credit card payments – MasterCard, Visa and American Express – securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Do You Deliver To Hospitals?

We will always try to deliver your flowers but some hospitals may have restrictions, for example they may not allow delivery of flowers if the recipient is in Intensive Care.

If possible, please try and contact the hospital directly before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. If you have additional info such as the ward and bed number, please provide these to us.

What’s the deadline for ordering flowers?

Please place your order latest by 5pm the day before delivery date. If you have pre-ordered flowers and need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date by emailing hello@flowersbygwyneth.com.au.

What happens if the recipient is not at the delivery address?

If the recipient is not at the delivery address when we deliver, we’ll leave the flowers at the delivery address in the safest spot possible outside of the weather.

If we are unable to deliver for reasons such as the recipient has moved, has been discharged from the hospital or a wrong delivery address is given etc, we’ll be in touch with you or the recipient and try and re-arrange delivery. There will be an extra cost of $10 to the sender for re-delivery.

Can I make a change to my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible or email hello@flowersbygwyneth.com.au. Please note we will only respond during our open hours, 8am – 5pm. However if the flowers are already with our couriers, we’ll get in touch with you.

Can I ask for a refund or return the flowers?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please understand we are unable to process a refund or receive returns. However please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your flowers if you are not happy with them and we will do our best to make things right for you.
