The Website provides you with an opportunity to browse and purchase various products that have been listed for sale through the Website (the “Products”). The Website provides this service by way of granting you access to the content on the Website (the “Purchase Services”).
The Website is operated by Flowers by Gwyneth (ABN 42 758 013 253). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by Flowers by Gwyneth. Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the Services, immediately.
Flowers by Gwyneth reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion without providing notice. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS aND CONDITIONS
You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by Flowers by Gwyneth in the user interface.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND RETURN POLICY
In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price’) and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated, all Purchase Prices listed exclude delivery. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the recipient’s postcode during checkout.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.
All payments may be made securely by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) through Stripe (the “Payment Gateway Provider”). Flowers by Gwyneth does not store your credit card details.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, please understand we are unable to process a refund or receive returns. However please contact us via our contact form within 48 hours upon receipt of your flowers if you are not happy with them and we will do our best to make things right for you.
DELIVERY
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, we will not refund any payment.
If the recipient is not at the delivery address when we deliver, we’ll leave the flowers at the delivery address in the safest spot possible outside of the weather.
If we are unable to deliver for reasons such as the recipient has moved, has been discharged from the hospital or a wrong delivery address is given etc, we’ll be in touch with you or the recipient and try and re-arrange delivery; this will be an additional cost to you.
CHANGES TO ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
For any changes to orders, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Please note we will only respond during our open hours, 8am – 5pm. However if the flowers are already with our couriers, we’ll get in touch with you.
Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, ONLY if notice of cancellation is received by us 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date by email or our contact form. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
PRIVACY
Flowers by Gwyneth takes your privacy seriously and any information provided through your use of the Application. We do not share your personal information. Credit card information is not stored by us.

The Website, the Purchase Services and all of the related products of Flowers by Gwyneth are subject to copyright. Unless otherwise indicated, all rights (including copyright) in the site content and compilation of the Website (the “Content”) are owned or controlled for these purposes, and are reserved by Flowers by Gwyneth or its contributors.
GENERAL DISCLAIMER
Due to the nature of our Products, Flowers by Gwyneth cannot guarantee the exact colour or variation of materials used. Some differences will occur as each plant has its own characteristics and no two gifts will be exactly the same. However we will endeavour to use the freshest available seasonal blooms in our bouquets while still maintaining the essence and value of the Product.
You acknowledge that Flowers by Gwyneth does not make any terms, guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions whatsoever regarding the Products other than provided for pursuant to these Terms.
Use of the Website, the Purchase Services, and any of the products of Flowers by Gwyneth is at your own risk. Everything on the Website, the Purchase Services, and the Products of Flowers by Gwyneth, are provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty or condition of any kind.
