Where do you deliver Valentine's Day flowers in Sydney?
We service suburbs mainly in Sydney’s Hills District and Upper North Shore.

Are you able to guarantee delivery times on my request delivery date?
Due to high volume of deliveries, we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
Valentine’s Day flowers will be delivered anytime between 9 am – 5 pm for businesses address on Friday, 12 February and 8am – 7pm for residential addresses on 12, 13 and 14 February.
What happens if the delivery address is unattended?
If we are unable to leave your flower delivery at the given address because it was unsafe to do so, the order will be returned to our design studio and will be scheduled for re-delivery after communication with you for the next business day.
A re-delivery fee of $20 will apply to have this item re-delivered. If incorrect delivery addresses occur, a re-delivery fee will apply, and item will be sent the following business day.
Please note: Valentine’s Day deliveries that include alcohol cannot be delivered to a delivery address that is unattended, and cannot be accepted by a minor.
How to ensure smooth delivery on the day and avoid disappointment?
Please ensure your contact details are correct so we can contact you should there be any issues. And please double-check your recipient’s delivery address and contact details at the time of ordering. If there is a security code or a safe place that flowers can be left should the address be unattended, please make sure to include these instructions.
If buildings have a mail room or concierge they often require our couriers to leave Valentine’s Day flower deliveries for distribution at their convenience in accordance with the building’s mail delivery policy.
Can I make changes to my order?
Please get in touch directly with us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order before 8 February 2021. We are sorry – no changes, including change of addresses or card messages can be made to any existing orders or orders placed after 8 February 2021.
Can I Cancel My order?
If you cancel your order on or before 8 February 2021, the full amount will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. We are unable to refund any orders that are cancelled on or after 8 February 2021.
